Full payment due upon arrival. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to arrival are charged one night's stay.

WINTER DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY (11/23/07 - 4/9/08)
A one night deposit is due at time of booking.  The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.Cancellations made less than 45 days prior to arrival will forfeit entire prepayment. Cancellations made 46 days or more prior to arrival will be charged a $100.00 handling fee.

EXCEPTION: Sundance Film Festival cancellations made 46 days or more prior to arrival will forfeit the one night deposit. Any cancellations 45 days prior to arrival will forfeit entire prepayment.
