INTERNATIONAL COOKING CLASS SERIES - Spring '08
• Spend a Saturday afternoon with Chef Steve from 1-4pm learning tips, techniques and worldly new flavors. Choose to stay with us either Friday night or Saturday night or perhaps BOTH and really feel like you've escaped for the weekend.
• May 3 – Mexican -Prepare for Cinco de Mayo . Learn to make a variety of salsas with homemade chips, quesadillas and spectacular margaritas.
• May 10 – India - Make curry at home. And try your hand at vegetable samosas and exotic chutneys.
• May 17 – Japan - Ever wanted to make sushi? Now's your chance. Also: homemade teriyaki sauce with grilled shrimp and super-healthy edamame
• May 24 – Morocco - Couscous is a great, light summer dish. Learn to make it with Moroccan lamb and chickpeas.
• May 31 – Spain - Nothing says summer like Gazpacho ! Get an early start with romesco sauce and the traditional tortilla patata .
• June 7 – Thailand - Summer heats up with light, refreshing summer rolls, chicken satay with peanut sauce and spicy charred-beef salad.
• June 14 – Italy - Tomatoes, and basil, and mozz, oh my! Learn to make easy foccacia to go with Caprese salad, pesto and tapenade.

HISTORIC HOME TOUR - Sat, June 14
